Palin's first major TV interview. Part 2 tomorrow.

He focused only on National Security and Foreign Policy. This were the burning questions about here.

She certainly has the tough talk thing down pat. Not sure she actually has the action behind it but only time will tell.

She needs to be careful answering the hypothetical situations Gibson was throwing at her. He was trying to get her to slip up and say something controversial.

I see why the McCain camp doesn't want her to interview alot.

She is good at interviews, but that doesn't cover up the facts. McCain is big on no earmarks, yet Alaska is the state who receives the most earmarks in the country, something Palin had a part in. I'll be honest, I haven't seen this interview in it's entirety and therefore won't comment on any of her other positions. I just wanted to say even though she looks good I'm not sold on her.

One thing to know though is that while alaska still has the most earmarks, she cut the amount from the previous governor by a ton.

The fact that Palin reduced earmarks is irrelevant. If you are against earmarks, you are against them, period.
