ex screws me again, she cancelled three cells phone on MY acct. and sprint wont do anything about it. I have to pay 600 fees. Was just on the phone for over an hour with them and they say as long as she had the password it was legal. I said so if my 7 year old does the same thing than its legal. Yes, if she has the password sir Unreal, so sick of this crap I could puke.

jvansande - who's name is the account under? and is she listed as being able to make changes on the account? If not then it does not matter what Sprint is telling you about having a password ... if she is not listed on the account or listed to make changes then you have a legal issue here. DO NOT pay anything until you fight it until your blue in the face. I have beaten many phone companies about those early cancelation fee's in the past .... it just takes a little time and patience. And when you call up the next time, tell whatever pee on agent you get on the phone you want to speak to a customer service manager. Those bottom feeder agents are only saying what they have to and have absolutely no power to make a decision at all.

Yeah, I'm in the same boat as you. My fiancee and I broke up a few weeks ago (dated for about 5 1/2 years) and we're getting ready to go to court over the dog. She also took a bunch of my things from the apartment before she left (she left a letter and just ran away) so I'm in the process of trying to recover some of those things as well. Good luck with the cell phones man and hope everything works out for you. Women... the only one I can tolerate is my avatar.
