he's saying why wasn't the DNC factcheck posted last week on the front page with a picture of Obama...But then there'd be a media bias because there was no picture of Palin or McCain....
They should've just combined the two articles into one and posted a dual picture of both candidates with the headline "Both parties are full of s***"

The thing was posted before (Aug 28) and brought back up (probably under Republican pressure?) to give a "fair" overview, I assume.
Oh yeah, I can't assume. I have to show facts. Dumb me....

They original article is true they do stretch the truth...that I cannot deny! I just don't really like articles I prefer interviews and debates. That's just me I would like for the writer of the article to bring these things up to the canidates. I always get more out of that when I can see their reaction.
However, to not dance around the debate at hand...Yes I believe ALL politicans stretch the truth, but I believe it's what part of the truth that is important. Like in the republican article (the only one I wil speak of because I only glazed over the (D)other one) I thin the part that she/he stretch is perfectly normal for any canidate as you can more than likely see in the D article. However, the one that really turn me off is that last stretch about the liberal senate.
I think Bush's failed foreign policy is just what it is....a failed platform! Then again I do know that republicans didn't gain congress until november of '02. But I know that republicans maybe shouldn't control office from the past 5 years but I dont' like the ideas of the democrats controling congress either. At least the republican party can fix their mistakes and get things done;)

If you read, I stated that it was written on august 28th. my issue is that on August 28th, it wasn't front page news, it wasn't even to be found unless you did some digging. But for the RNC it was front page with a picture.
I agree with Red that both articles are worth discussing and both should have been ran together.

I saw one on CNN that analyzed the truth on Obama's acceptance speech. I'm sure you can find it if you are interested.

How do you know it wasn't front page?
Yahoo news changes by the minute. Just like the link to this original subject is gone already from the front page! It all depends what moment of the day you open the site.
Stronger, I could state that Yahoo is leaning more towards McCain because the Fact Check on the DNC speeches was published twice (Aug 28 and today) while the check on the RNC only once.
It seems you see a bear behind every tree!
