Yea, after Johnson left the team was never the same and the best coach they had after was Gailey, who was fired for Campo-Stupid Move. The Cowboys also had poor drafts from 94-01.
Seems like Davis hasn't adapted to how the game has changed and their drafts have not been too strong either besides a few recent players.

Its everyone that's not in Texas that's the bandwagon fans. Jones is a saint, best owner in the NFL, he gets it. Can't remember the last good draft pick yall had or the last free agent that worked out. Hopefully some changes happen for ya.

Oh please, in the late 90s and early this decade they were terrible. Dave Campo as the coach? Quincy Carter as the starter? You can cover it up all you want, but Parcells is the one that made that team a winner. And if you don't see that, then you are in denial. The last good draft pick? I guess you don't watch much NFL then huh? Russell has looked good, and McFadden just had 164 yards rushing and 1 TD. Not to mention that Michael Bush, who didn't play a snap last year, had 90 yards and 1 TD aswell. Some picks have been terrible, Robert Gallery comes to mind, but other picks have been beneficial.

Al Davis in some ways is like the Detroit Lions owner William Clay Ford. They're both too old and senile to do their teams any good Both need to hand the reigns of the teams to people who can lead them to greatness. The main difference is that Al Davis has at least tasted the sweetness of winning Super bowls where Ford never will.

Al Davis is hilarious, in a bad way. Typical Raiders drama.
Most, if not all, of their fans are the worst in any major pro sport in the US in my opinion. The team and fans are always trying to act dirty on and off the field. That's not true football. But Raiders 'fans' will tell you it is.
Who would have thought McFadden could do that against the stellar Chiefs run defense...Haha I had to laugh. I'll give him his props if he does it against a decent D. And Russell? Doesn't he have over 4000 passing yards this season already? Give him a trophy...

Ok we were bad for a few years, don't know that everyone has been good every year. Bill Parcels did great for us and Jerrys Free Agent moves topped it off. Factor in wins, super bowls, conference championships, playoff appearances, MNF appearances, draft busts and other things the Cowboys are the greatest francise ever followed by the Steelers and then by the 49ers. Jamarcus Russell, are you kidding me, I hope yall leave him as your starter. Michael Bush does good one game so now he's a probowler. McFadden looks legit but too early to tell. Al Davis wayyyyyyyy over paid for Tommy Kelly, Javon Walker and Hall. Raiders are a mess and Davis is old but no worries Hector I got a card for ya :)...if you see this PM me your address.

Ok, please read my post first and then make a judgement. I never called Bush a Pro Bowler, but he did do good in his first action. Russell is in his 1st year as a starter, so we'll see how he does. McFadden is a rookie, but looked good the other game. Kelly and Walker are overpaid, and so is Hall, but Hall is at least a Pro Bowler, Walker and Kelly haven't done much other than spend time on the injury list. I think you miss the boat here bro, but can you remind me how many playoff wins the Cowboys have had in the last 12 years? ZERO. If you want to say "Best Franchise Ever" that title goes to the Steelers. They rarely have a bad year, and they have one of the best owners ever. And i'm not a Steelers fan, but I respect them because they always put together good legit teams

If you analysis the top 20 factors that make up a franchise since 1970 Cowboys are 1st barely over the Steelers. Oakland is 8th I think. Not my opinion but fact. That playoff wins is about to change this year. Anywho I got a nice card for an Oakland fan, send me your addy and goodluck to the Raiders, maybe Davis will leave

That would be great. He is killing the franchise with his micromanagement.

Jones wasnts to win and he puts money into the francise but I'm going have go with the Rooneys over Jones. The Jones-Johnson split ruined the Cowboys chances to have been 4 time champions. Daryl Johnston has said the team was lucky to have won Super Bowl XXX and went on to say the RB coach told him that the Cowboys won despite the coaching. Johnson put togather great teams while Jone's best moves were resigning E.Smith in 93 and signing Sanders in 1996.

And Cowboys fans shouldn't talk, they were saying the same thing a few years ago about Jerry Jones
