Talk out both sides of your mouth much?
So if other people are sarcastic in your threads they get abused and told not to post but if you are sarcastic in your threads that's fine?
Since Mike has decided we can only respond two ways in this forum, I take option B, I will "avoid the topic."Please feel free to message me here about my electronic bay & COMC listings

Well, Mike, time for me to respond I guess. LOL
When it comes to the Income Tax part of Bush's Tax Cuts, you are not incorrect. It benefited everyone. And as might have been expected: if you pay in more, you benefit more.
What you did not mention is that around 25% of Bush's Tax Cuts were for the so called Estate Tax. And no surprise here either: 100% of the Estate Tax paid in the US comes from the top 5% of our nation's rich.
So when the Estate Tax was repealed it benefited only the top 5% (in wealth that is) of our nation.
I do not want you to start an attack on the fairness of Estate Tax, cause I do believe (and I assume you feel the same) that it's unfair to get taxed again on something you have already paid taxes on when you earned it. But that's to the side.

Higher tax cuts are needed. I don't understand how people think that taking more money away from individuals helps an economy...don't give me that "reduce the national debt." The government will always increase the national debt.

Let me explain it to you.
I have never made it a rule that you can't use sarcasm. If you can show me in the rules where it is I will gladly take a look. I have got on one poster for NEVER posting a new thread, then jumping in on threads with 100% sarcasm. Did I say he couldn't do it? Not at all. I explained to him a concept since he chooses only to post about how sucky a topic is with nothing but sarcasm. I asked, "why to you even reply?". So, show me the rule where sarcasm is not allowed.
Playing the victim only wastes time. I can only assume you, "got nothing" regarding this topic and would rather detract and play victim. :)

This still fails to show how Obama is not lying when he states that Bush ONLY gave tax cuts for the richest Americans and that his tax cut will be for 95% of Americans. It is a lie.
I agree on the Estate Tax, but I don't see how that applies here. We could talk about dozens of taxes to include social security, state, sales, etc. I'm specifically talking about income tax as Obama was.
You may want to open a dictionary to look up what sarcasm means. That is far from sarcasm.
