Russia to deploy new nuclear missile
MOSCOW (Reuters) - Russia hopes to deploy a new nuclear missile next year designed to penetrate anti-missile defenses and will build eight submarines to carry it, defense officials said on Thursday.

I wouldn't call their president "new" either. Putin still runs that country and will until someone assassinates him... he ain't goin' nowhere.
Our pathetic country can't afford to wage more war. Then again... whats another few trillion to the deficit when it is already in the double digit trillions as it is?
I was just kinda hoping we could avoid a the triple digits for at least a few more years. :P

well if Obamas elected i can see a War with Russia happening, not because well start it either, heck hell wanna make buddies with them and then they will just blow us up or take us over...........
