    URGENT Help Needed!!!

I am honestly scared as hell right now being in my house. before i left today for school i noticed something out about my ceiling. i have this wierd ceiling that only pictures could show the look of it. anyway, there was like cracks in it, theres been a small leaking problem recently, and now there was cracks with mold. Now i come home today and just looked again and its spreading, and there was a piece of the ceiling that looked like it was being eaten at.

My mom is renting this house so its the land lords responsibility. but i am very close to taking my dogs and leaving this house for fear of the roof just completely breaking, if anyone is an "expert" i really could use the help and can take pictures if needed!!

try feeling how much pressure you can put on it before something collapses to see if you are safe under it. If you dont feel comfortible doing so, just wait for a pro to take care of it. Ceilings are dangerous. 3 foot worth collapsed without notice a week ago

i am NOT touching it. theres mold where the cracks are and it could be BLACK mold. even if not i would rather stand outside nude then risk potentially my life depending on the type of mold it is
