the placing is just to awful to try, its right by our chandlier in the kitchen which might fall then the chandlier falls on the table and everything may collasp, to risky for someone like me who knows nothing about roof's to try

i will take pictures when i get home, this is getting worse and all the land lord did was have some lady come over, take pictures and then leave?
i guess he doesn't think its serious? it has spread a decent amount since spotted, and the mold is becoming to get deeper into the ceiling

Sounds like a water leak somewhere. Mold comes from dampness. Check all visible water items for leaks.

it is from leaking. when it rains it gets bad, but now i think that it may end us having to move out (which my mom wants to do) because the house is to small for them to cut a section out where we cant be by
