    Pulled Muscle I think

I was lifting a bag of bottles over my hear and went to shove them on top of the pile, and when i did that i got a sever pain my my chest and back at the same time, almost dropped me to the floor.

Thew Pain is mostly o nthe left side of my chest and back, and radiates through the rest of my chest area and upper back. I can hardly wiggle.

Wife says i need to go to the emergemncy room as it may be something mroe serious than a muscle

Depends how old you are, weight, smoker...etc. The next closest thing sounds like a heart attack.

It could also just be a pulled muscle though.

I think I have pulled every muscle in my back.... and some have went through the chest also. Defiantly go to the doctor though, if not there then chiropractor.

Was there any pain in the rib area? Some muscles ived pulled in my back hurt in my rib cage but it felt like my chest.

    Keep us updated.

I wouldn't consider it negative, I'd consider it as my way to help and see if there was something life threatening. I'm here to save lives :)

But I've pulled probably every muscle in my back too and have felt that feeling before too.

    I feel you bro.

I was working out the other day and pulled something in my lower back.

I can't sit in a chair for more than 30 minutes without getting up and walking around because the pain gets too bad.

I went to the health place on campus but they were crap for help.

Woke up today and it was the worse yet... might have to go to the walk in clinic down the street if it keeps up.

    Stupid back... lol
