Terror Card
In 2004 when ever george bush was behind they pulled the terror card and came out and raised the "Terror alert" the color system and bush would see his numbers go up..
So now with the lead in a lot of states and the Powell endorsment how long do you think it will be before they pull the terror card(bush/mccain) to try and get people scared into voting for mccain..

I would think this forum would see more intelligent responses other than "He's supporting him because he's black." This is why this forum is getting a bad name.

I think much higher of Powell than to say he's only doing it because he's black. There are few people I actually respect in the US government, but Powell is one of those.

Bush administration nearly ruined Powell's political career. That has a lot to do with this endorsement.

The fact that we are this conscious and contentious of a black man endorsing a black man says something about a certain segment of the public still racially backwards and unwilling.
If you cannot deduce that this has to do with more than just race, then you fall into the "don't want to know" category. You can't deny yourself knowledge, which would help many people have at least an iota of rational and logical thoughts (many people here do not).
People will play into anything so they can degrade the other party/candidate. Think for yourselves...
