No, making claims based on no evidence and no way to back it up is why these become arguments. Show me where Colin Powell is endorsing Obama because he is black. I don't want to see anyone spinning it to look that way or some news anchors beliefs. I want to see it in plain letters out of Powell's mouth. ********
It's obvious he's endorsing Obama because he's black? Seriously, really? Is that what you believe? You believe a prominent person in the US Government who is widely respected around the world is endorsing someone because they are of the same color? Not because of the issues with the government and the current Administration and how McCain would run the country versus how Obama would run the country? I would be more inclined to at least believe some of it had to do with the way the Bush Administration shoved him under the rug like Ash said.
Colin Powell is one of the smartest men in the US Government and this is what you guys think of his values? If Colin Powell was white would we be having this conversation? Of course we wouldn't!

Do I think the terror card will be pulled? I'm surprised it hasn't been pulled already. However, I don't see how effective it will be unless we have another terrorist attack on US soil. That's what I'm more worried about. If something happens, that could change the whole election.

We don't need the bickering back and forth at each other...everybody stick to the topic and quit taking shots at each other.

"An Internet troll, or simply troll in Internet slang, is someone who posts controversial and irrelevant or off-topic messages in an online community, such as an online discussion forum or chat room, with the intention of provoking other users into an emotional response[1] or to generally disrupt normal on-topic discussion.[2"
I wasn't aware I couldn't use that word.

Garnett_21 made a post about Powell's endorsement of Obama. Perhaps some members should review that instead of making senseless claims.

Thats the whole idea of this place, to be able to speak what you think, you dont need to provide proof of everything you say.

The only problem with that line of thinking is people are able to post ridiculous unsubstantiated claims without any kind of justification.

There have been two on-topic responses out of 15 and we've accomplished nothing but helping prove why people want this forum closed. Closing the thread.
