Help me set my roster - MUST WIN!

I'm tied for 3rd place in my division, currently the last team that would make the playoffs, and I'm playing the guy I'm tied for 3rd with and he would replace me as the last playoff spot if I lose. That means I gots to win. I got some match up problems at RB and WR though...so help me out. (S) is who I have picked to start so far.

    QB: Cutler (S), Garrard
RB: Grant (S), McGahee (S), Parker, Rice (may have Ricky Williams tomorrow)
WR: Evans (S), Driver (S), Santonio Holmes, Vincent Jackson, Chambers
    TE: Shiancoe (S)
    LB: Morrison (S), Ware (S)
    DB: Weddle (S), Nick Collins
    K: Lindell (S)

Grant is going up against Chicago and McGahee is against the Giants...neither a good match up. But Parker is less than healthy, has shoulder problems, and will share with Moore almost definitely.

Evans is pretty much a given at Cleveland...I don't really want to start Driver at the Bears (not a good pass D though), but Jackson and Chambers are at the Steelers. They've got a good pass D, but have given up 9 passing TDs this year, basically one per game. But if I pick one of those guys, which one? Most likely would only get one TD between them. Holmes has a good matchup against San Diego, but he's done basically nothing this year, Ward and even Washington are getting more TDs by far.

Those are my two main areas of concern, but tell me if you have any other suggestions too...I really need this game.

    QB Cutler
RB McGahee (Like you said parker is banged up and will share carries)
    RB Grant
    WR Evans
    WR Driver
WR Holmes(this is high risk, high reward play. Chargers have the worst pass D in the league. I have a feeling Big Ben is going to have a good day)

If you decide to use one of the SD guys, I would go with Jackson as he has developed a nice chemistry with Rivers)

    Good Luck!

Good call Slayde...I just picked him up and I'll watch what happens leading up to the game. I doubt he'll be better than Grant or McGahee, but if neither Portis or Betts can at least share carries, it might be worth a look. I actually thought someone already had Alexander, but they must have dropped him.
