They're not slow at all when they've sold something and brought in some revenue. This probably isn't a high priority for them. Plus, their site probably saw the most business in those few days than ever before. They have a lot to go through.

Why they should still ship out fairly quickly? I personally think that service should be good regardless what you buy from someone. While i may not have the money to make a large purchase now, that doesnt mean i wont down the road and if my only impression of them is that they dont ship quickly unless your buying, then i wouldnt go back there.

That's a great point. You must remember though that the real purchases have priority over the free gifts.
Also, look at our master-list, that's only SCF. Imagine how many orders they must have to fill!
