Question regarding blasters. (411 please)
Are printing plates strictly hobby box or can they be found in retail blasters?

Thanks for the replies.
I was going to buy a couple blasters of Topps Chrome but...the only cards I really need are 2 plates and a red refractor.
If plates aren't available then it's def not worth my time/$.

ya...printing plates are hobby only and red refractors are nearly impossible to get from a blaster especially if you're lookin for one player...odds are probably like 1 : 2 billion
