Case Break Problem
Hey guys, I just opened a case of 07/08 SP Rookie Edition and I didn't get the advertised 2 A Level Autographs (Jordan, Kobe, LeBron, Bird, Magic, Durant). I was wondering if anyone else had this problem or know of anyone who did and what happed after contacting UD. I plan on sending them an e-mail tomorrow sometime. Thanks for any help!

I had this problem in a couple of boxes of UD that I broke, but didnt do anything about it. They say that you can pull those on average, guess I was not in the average.

all you have to do is contact UD support and let them know, I think you might have to have a number from the case or one of the boxes can't remember. They should make it right but, I would do it as fast as you can seeing this is there last year for awhile.

contact UD give them serial numbers
just want to check as well if you pulled any veteran autos from your breaks

wait, does 07/08 SP rookie edition offer that guarantee thing?
or only on 07/08 SP Rookie Threads?? 2 different products...
