yea Ive never heard that rumor whatsoever...

I dont think Kobe ever wanted to enter again after he won in 96-97 season.

Carter did enter in his second year 99-00 season.

And there was no all star game in 98-99 season which was Carter's rookie season.

I think that was just a rumor. Doesnt really make sense to me :)

Well like I said it was a rumor on the net. I don't blame Kobe for never entering again. I just don't like it. Same goes for Carter.

What kind if an idiot puts MJ over the DR J. Prob some guys who never saw him play or looked at footage. Seriously talk about dumb, Dr J is and always will be the icon, MJ and Dom were good dont get me wrong but these kids who only ever got to see MJ play never saw the talents of true greatness of past players.

Don't knock on someone else's opinion - just because it's not your thought doesn't mean it's wrong or should be stomped down....

They have looked at hang times and Dr. Js is longer than MJs. Jordan's looks longer because he streched out more than Dr. J.

Wow, that is interesting. When did this study happen?

For 5th best dunker, I think I'd probably pick Kemp. His in-game dunks were especially brutal and awesome.

Kobe is a very good dunker. I thought his early dunk championship was just average, but he can really throw it down in games.
