Official Lakers @ Cavaliers thread
Yes, I know this is super-early, but with all the trash-talking that is bound to happen, we may as well start the thread now!
Personally, I don't want either team to win, but, I can break it down to determine who I will cheer for: My favorite teams (Wolves/Celtics)...one in each conference, and one will make the playoffs (Celtics) while the other one (Wolves) most likely won't. Celtics will face, at some point in the playoffs, the Cleveland Cavs most likely, and, the Lakers are the best team in the west, and will more than likely make the NBA finals, so if they lose, that really doesn't make a difference to the Celtics. So, I am a 2 1/2 hour Laker fan tomorrow! Plus, I want to see the Cavs lose at home. Sorry Jeremy! lol

The Lakers are playing with a lot of confidence right now, and they're riding a huge wave of momentum heading into this game.
I expect the Lakers to win, but it should be a close one, and I wouldn't be surprised if this one heads into overtime too.Last edited by jeebus86; 02-07-2009 at 11:48 PM.

This has just been an amazing week for the Lakers. If they lose to the Cavaliers it would disappoint me tremendously. But it should be a great game, and going to my friends house to see the game. It's almost as big as the super bowl here in LA lol

This is going to be a great game, I would like to see the Cavs win, but the Lakers are streak killers, so they might win this one
