Ahh the change: "Senate committee approves controversial lobbyist"

    Senate committee approves controversial lobbyist

Ratheon executive William Lynn was nominated to be deputy secretary of defense, the number two position under Secretary Robert Gates. Lynn was given special waivers so that he could be appointed despite President Barack Obama's ethics rules, which would have seemed to make him ineligible to operate in that key position.

Lynn was a senior vice president at Raytheon, which has billions of dollars in Defense Department contracts. It is is the maker of the Army's Patriot Missile system and the Navy's Tomahawk missile, and is developing a global positioning satellite communication system for the Air Force. Lynn oversaw lobbyists and did some lobbying of Congress himself.

And now I ask where are the Obama supporters who wanted change in the way business is done in DC?

You mean little things like "I'll go line by line through the budget and cut out waste" ? uhhuh yeah right, no more pork in the budget ! We'll just throw it into a "stimulus" package. Seeeeeeeee, no more wasteful spending IN THE BUDGET.

And who would have ever guessed that Hillary Clinton would be the cleanest of his appointees ? Does this man even know any honest people ?

There's a rumor going around that there is, but nobody can ever seem to find him when we need him. Personally I think he's Captain Tuddle's brother.

Typical response. Instead of addressing the issue, find a way to throw the blame back on Bush. So Bush was terrible? And he did this kind of thing? Doesn't that make it bad that Obama is doing it too?

LOL the same people who bashed Bush for doing this kind of thing for 8 years and supported Obama because he was going to change things has no problem when Obama does it less than a month into office.
