    PETA: Always Classy!

PETA Showcases Their Usual Restraint At The Westminster Dog Show By Dressing Up Like The KKK

Their goal, according to a post on the PETA website, was to draw a parallel between the KKK and the American Kennel Club. "Obviously it's an uncomfortable comparison," PETA spokesman Michael McGraw told the Associated Press.

But the AKC is trying to create a "master race" when it comes to pure-bred dogs, he added. "It's a very apt comparison."

The group passed out brochures implying the Klan and AKC have the goal of "pure bloodlines" in common.

It never ceases to amaze me how classless and ignorant these people are. AKC dogs probably have some of the most pampered lives any pet will ever have, they're basically treated like royalty. I wonder what kind of deranged you have to be to value an animal's life over that of a fellow human...

Yes, there are much better ways to go about helping animals. PETA does more harm to the cause than good.

By doing that, they're just confirming what everyone already suspected about them. You know, maybe we should eat THEM. Come get your ground uppity eco-terrorist meat, 85% lean, 15% fat. Three cents a pound.

PETA is stupid, sorry to label it as such, but it is.

I agree about PETA. They do not now how animals help scientific research. Personally, I would rather experiment on a dog or cat than a human. I group them in the not true Liberals, becasue they seem to not even take anyone else thoughts into consider. At least the few, I have met. Have any of you met any of them? Do any of them eat meat? Please do not group them with Liberals. They are not.

They are a joke. Are they really like that on real life?

Go to the PETA website and read the messageboards, they're hilarious! I do that every now and then to get a laugh.

Um comparing people who take care of their animals to the KKK is very inapporiate. I guess all animals should just roam free and cause problems for humans.
