Go to the PETA website and read the messageboards, they're hilarious! I do that every now and then to get a laugh.

Wow, I just went there and that is a whole new level of crazy. If anyone thinks some people here are a little nuts check out the PETA forums and get a new perspective.

I once tore down a bunch of PETA stickers that someone littered on the girls' bathroom stalls in college.

Peta is a bunch of morons. They wanted to sue a news station in my area for airing pictures of hunters with their trophy bucks, saying it was glorifying the kill.

Now they are all over a "deer kill" in a residential area. There is a large hurd near an airport and residential area, and the city hired sharpshooters, a company that specializes in herd thinning to lower the probablity of a car/deer or worse a deer/plane accident.

This is why I created the facebook group "If you don't eat meat the terrorists win". I think the joke went over many of the PETA folks heads though since one of the comments I received was that I was stupid for making the assertion in my description that Al Gore invented meat. I guess some people just have to be told...

a kid here in town lit a cat on fire.... i know it was not a smart thing to do but the PETA people were all over this town with signs and stuff the day he went to trial... they are about the most arrogent people i have EVER met

I love animals, but I will never understand how some people put the "well-being" of animals before that of humans.
