this was pretty hyped, and i wasnt that excited after it was all set and done...
Nate's dunk over Dwight was pretty cool, but Dwights dunk was terrible for a last dunk, i think on his first dunk when he was given a 50 was based off of hype and ruined the show also when did they start giving only 2 minutes to dunk?

A little disappointed in the contest but it was still entertaining to watch.
Howard should have pulled a Batman and came down from the rafters, lol.
We need to see more reverses and in between the legs dunks. We've seen it before, sure. But these are memorable dunks. Nothing very memorable for me from last night.

yeah but the thing is all the players now can do those dunks...but since they have all been done it is boring so they have to bring showmanship into it

I know basketball players exaggerate their height sometimes by up to three inches (cases in point: Charles Barkley and Michael Beasley), but Nate at 5'3" instead of 5'9" would be a six inch difference, and I can't see official heights getting jacked up that high. Too bad I can't meet him - I know for a fact that I am 5'1˝," so I'd be able to gauge his height against mine.

OT, but Kevin Love is listed at 6'10", but alot of people say he's only 6'7" or 6'7.5"...short starting center

Draft camp measurements seem to be the most accurate, although I haven't looked up Love's yet. I know that is where Barkley's and Beasley's "official" listed heights were corrected. Additionally, I found that Nate Robinson's height measurement at the 2005 draft camp has him just under 5'8" instead of the 5'9" listed height (but certainly much higher than 5'3"; he'd be considerably shorter looking than 5'6½" Spud Webb whom he jumped over in the 2006 dunk contest if he were really 5'3" like Muggsy Bogues): http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/htm...webnate11.htmlLast edited by WilyWestbrook0; 02-18-2009 at 01:47 AM.
