Hi SCF!

Hello everyone, my name is Jesse posting as Socomwiz. I've been out of the card world for a while and am resurfacing with a shoebox of decent cards from when I was a kid. Now I'm quickly learning where the hobby is at and getting back into collecting baseball. Topps 09 is where I'm starting and the set and is coming along nicely.

I also plan to start collecting my favorite players and Dodgers cards, but first I'd like to see other members collections as I've seen you guys don't hold back in that department :)

I'm 23 and have an older brother who collects Football and Basketball who favors Upperdeck while I prefer Topps. When not collecting I've been into video games mainly all this Playstation and am an avid PC gamer. I play World of Warcraft with a very good raiding guild and I've also built up a fair collection of WoW TCG cards.

While reading the blogs (Badwax and the like) and surfing the net I found boards who's members trade cards. This would be a nice way to trade some cards and enjoy the hobby so I knew I'd like to be a part of that so SCF it is! While I'm not much of a "post *****" on message boards, I look forward to reading some threads and learning the ways to good trading. Anyway sorry for the long intro, Thanks for this place and if you made it this far :p!

Jesse, welcome to SCF and I am sure you will enjoy the place. I am aslo sure some might be interested in what your shoe box may contain. We have ton of contest, box break, a chat room to help you trade and many more feature. Have fun!
