i want to setu a paypal account. i have heard of doing this before but not sure if its true.

would i be able to sign up for an account using a pre-paid visa card? like one of the gift cards that people give you. it has everything of a normal debit card except it doesnt have a bank account with it. let me know!

yes you can...I think you just enter it in as a normal cerdit/debit card and it will except it. I have never done it but I know its possible.
