IMO if a card shows up damaged and was not stated as damaged, and the trader refuses to do something about it. IMO

give a refund of the card or send their end of the trade back

for example-
i get bad cards. i obviously dont like that. the other says ship it back for a refund. i lose money as i have to ship it back. we both lose money as we only gave it to the post office and we both end up with the same cards.
isnt it there fault for giving bad info saying the cards were in good shape? shouldnt the seller pay for the shipping return?

bad/damaged cards recieved and nothing recieved are all that justifies negative feedback in my mind. who cares if it takes a few days to recieve, there are plenty more important things to stress out about in life. these are pieces of cardboard so as long as you get what youre supposed to at some point or another both people end up happy right?

- Damaged cards WHEN the damage was clearly caused by bad shipping methods on the sender's part (sometimes mail carriers damage a well-packaged card..the sender should NOT be blamed for this).
- Sending the wrong card(s) IF considerably less in value than the card(s) that were supposed to be sent (I have never lost cards myself, but I can understand when a sender might not be able to locate a card or cards, and yet makes up for it by sending something else of similar value).
- Not sending your end of the deal after a month, UNLESS you can communicate a reasonable explanation for being so late.
