    Looks nice, just make sure you get a very good inspection before buying. You never know what's truly wrong even if the house looks great

    Awesome...super exciting buying a house and you're probably getting a great deal right now.

    The house looks great...the updated kitchen is great, although the refrigerator placement is kind of weird facing a wall. The living room is beautiful, love the french doors and the shelving around the fireplace. The dining room is great with the vaulted ceiling and skylights. Extremely well updated for a 1929 house. The only thing I don't like is the landscaping....I'm a grass guy, don't like the pine bark mulch. All in all, a beautiful place though, I'm sure you guys will love it!

    Oh dude, I've already let my wife know that the first weekend after we move in we are having a sodding party. I HATE those woodchips!
