Awesome, I'm most excited for this one:
SCF Auctions - We are looking at making the auction system available to members. It will likely be available to everyone but rookies. Basically, if you are NOT a MSF user you can be a seller. You can list the auctions for Card Cash or real cash. We will be testing this out soon!

I have to say, all these new features look really good. I am particularly excited for the Events pages the SCF OPG and the "Fully Stocked Card Cash Store"
The events pages will hopefully include Canadian shows. I'm always at a loss to find Canadian shows and if there is a user maintained and contributed database, that word of mouth will transfer into a much more comprehensive list for wider distribution.
There has been a continually increasing need for an OPG as the market leader continues to drop the ball on much of the market data out there. My only concern is on your end of the database requirements. As Tuff Stuff has shown, you basically need a company to run a database for cards in itself and SCF is very large as it stands. Will the OPG be a simple snapshot (current data + say a 3 month history) for any available cards? Do you plan to integrate the historical data accumulated by Tuff Stuff and augment it with eBay? Whatever you decide, best of luck.
I do have one question though. This raises for me some big questions:
Fully Stocked Card Cash Store - Thanks to our sponsors and donators we are starting to have a great Card Cash Store! I will be adding some SCF items (T shirts, hats, VIP memberships, etc) and some higher end items like gift cards, memorabilia, etc. The Store should be adequately stocked and fully function by the end of April. This will eventually become our Storefronts that members can use to sell items for Card Cash or real cash!
To my knowledge card cash is often a promotional result (winning SCF sponsored contests) or is generated by increasing the balances of certain owners and mods. To date, there have been few opportunities to return card cash from whence it came and has resulted in inflation. I think card cash went from 100CC / 1$ upon its introduction and fluctuated at certain plateaus (120/1$, 150/1$) and is now brushing the 200CC /1$ mark.
If the card cash store will begin to accept both cash and cardcash, are there any designs for SCF to begin selling cardcash directly? Will there be a fixed rate? Or will you allow the users in the market to continue to dictate the exchange?
As always, the best site on the net! Keep it up!
Cheers,

If/when SCF sells CC we will dictate the price not the market or individuals.
Again, when the auctions go live you will be able to acquire cc from them at little or no cost to you.

Also you can forget about Ebay and their listing fees and etc.
So remember only the good traders will be allowed to sell here. Problematic traders who have the MSF tag will lose this because its a privilege to be true to your word here!!!

As far as I know it is. Will let Mike address the details on that specifically.
You do mean storefronts as where you can host your own stuff to sell in your own personal store much like ebay? To clarify that to any that replied to him about the cardcash store.
DONCard Supplies
Toploaders 60 point $4, 100 point $7, 140 point $4, 190 point $3, 240 point $3
Soft Sleeves Standard $1 and Thick $1.50
TOP-LOADER 3X4,100 CT PENNY SLEEVES INCLUDED $11

Matthew,
SCF will never directly sell card cash. If SCF does, then it would mean the removal of the betting forum for instance. There has never been a true standard CC to Cash ratio. When it started out, it was the members that created the initial 100cc = $1 idea, not the owner.
The users will continue to control what they perceive to be the standard rate. However, we have a formula we use to decide on prices of items in the CC store that we will continue to use that does not adhere to standard rate between members of the site. It will be up to the members to decide if they want to pick up items at the cc prices we use or not.
Also, plans are in the works to restrict the flow of outgoing cc, so it will not be as plentiful as before...which in turn will make it more valuable.

very curious how the OPG will work- will members be able to enter prices for cards- IE, if I sell a Joe Schmoe auto for 3.00, will I be able to enter that into the database, so that the guide will reflect actual buy and sell prices- or will it be like becket- where a price is put in, and updated monthly, allegedly based on actual market values?

I think it will be a price that changes ever so often based on when eBay sales and Tuff Stuff's PG change...
