    A small rant.....

I was trying to sell some cards earlier today and I asked the member if they would be interested in some 1/1's and they replied...

"Can i have a list of the 1/1's. thanks again"

I replied to the PM and I gave them the list of 1/1's. Next, I get this reply...

"Not so much into 1/1's/ Thanks though!"

Then why even bother asking for a list?!?! If your not interested in a certain type of card, then why would you ask for a list of cards that you don't like? Makes no sense!

All what it did was waste my time and get my hopes up thinking I might have a potential buyer!

I'm not calling out this member (not even mad at the member, I'm more mad at the fact that I had to come up with the list for NO reason!) and I doubt the member will even see this post, but wow!

    Just needed to share. ;)

I feel you Andrew, had that happen a couple of times, but at least you have a list. It can be a letdown, but look on the bright side; I just save my list and, if there's a potential buyer, then you have something ready.

Dan - I'll sum it up for you in one or two sentences... A member asked for a list of 1/1's that I have, and so I'm sent them a PM back with the list of 1/1's. They replied back and said that they weren't interested in 1/1's.

Maybe the individual is passive and did not know a better way to tell you what he felt of your cards? Some people just don't handle turning people down very well. Seems like part of doing business in a nationwide forum--you're going to deal with all different kinds of people.
