But I actually think that Orlando has a good chance of winning the east if they face the Cavs in the in the ECF.

I'd be more worried about Orlando if not for their injuries. Still...they might make some noise. Time will tell.

I'm curious to see how Boston performs with KG back. There were on a tear before the all-star break. The Eastern Conference playoffs should be fun to watch this year.
