Ovie and Crosby both had 2 points anyways, and it's Theodore's fault the Caps lost, not Ovie's. Crosby kicked in his goal anyways

Well gesch, how do you kick in a goal when the puck hits your stick last? That crosby goal was completely legit. The ability in traffic, 2 feet from the net to kick a rebound up to your stick and get it on net takes some skill.

Clearly you are going to defend Crosby since you are a Pittsburgh fan, that's understandable. Ovie has better skill in scoring goals than Crosby, you can't argue that

Thats all i asked. I don't get into the AO Crosby debates, others can do that. Its apples and oranges. I have apples and i'm quite happy.

Crosby's goal was legit. I'm a flyers fan.

I don't think it hit his stick, but it wasn't a distinct kicking motion. One angle showed it perfectly how he didn't get his stick on it, but it was a good goal.

The good news for the Flyers is that, the Penguins only scored one solid goal. The only goal that I really thought was from the Penguins success was Eaton's slapshot. The others were pure Flyers mistakes and they won't happen again.

Penguins First goal - Asham got a weak hooking call in the first period, and a lucky bounce on the powerplay landed on Crosby's stick.

Penguins Second Goal - Braydon Coburn jumps up in the play and leaves Matt Carle on a 3-1. Coburn never does this, and he will not slip up again.

Penguins Third Goal - Knuble passes it behind the net and misjudges his angles. The puck is a gift for malkin and he makes the Flyers pay. That sort of play happens once every 60-80 games in the NHL, so that will not happen again

Penguins Fourth Goal - Nice face off win, Eaton takes a slap shot and through heavy traffic it finds its wa in after a tip off of Claude Giroux's stick.

This game could have gone either way as it was decided by bounces. The penguins worked harder than the Flyers which rewarded them those bounces. The penguins played a great, calm, relaxed game and capitalized on chances.

Mike Richards hit 3 posts in the game, the third post ended up in a Simon Gagne goal. Giroux had a chance, but was taken down from behind and there was no call.

This series can still go either way, but if the Flyers don't win game two, I believe we will get swept. If the Flyers win game 2, I still predict Flyres in 6.

Now, as you can see Pens fans I'm not biased at all and applaud your teams effort. You worked hard for your bounces, but you won off of Flyers mistakes that won't happen again. Look for a more disciplined team on Friday who will come out with better decision making.

not about the points, ncie to see both get some but more important is the win.
