    No kidding. I'm going to call to find out exactly what I'm getting for this.

    By the way if i phoned upperdeck and ask what replacement they are sending me for my savard that i waited for 2 yrs is woudl they tell me. It just in process of shipping.

    Also said the Champs artifacts will likely be going out FedEx. Doesn't think they'd send those regular mail.

    Unlikely. Did you send in a request of players/teams you collect? If not, it could be anything from a couple packs of Victory and a bonus Jimmy Howard Ultra RC to a Gretzky Letter Marks.

    Sorry, Im not going to assist you in badgering them to get more out of your redemptions. The person you talk to can only tell you if the replacement has been entered in the system. UD Customer Service does the best they can in the situation they are in (limited replacement stock, not located with the shipping department, etc.)

    And if you just got your redemption, they will not honor a replacement request most likely. Wait the 16 weeks I did, then get your replacement.

    And once it moves to in process of shipping, it may already have shipped. They often will not change the status to shipped until they have all shipped. ususally when the item moves to the "fulfilled" page it means it's been placed in the mail.

    I got a brassrd YG out of the retail. and I just called upperdeck and my replacement has shipped and it looks like i have a great possibilty of getting 4 out of the five guys I request. I had origanlly asked for crosby, alfi, spezza, heatley and Mason. He said it was highly unlikely but not un heard of for me to get a crosby auto. But the other 4 guy are a very good possibilty. Also it look like it will be an auto as my origanl was an auto as well. Heres to hoping i get a steve mason not a chris mason. LOL. But if a get 1 other the other three thats cool to. They will go to my PC.

    Forgot to mention I also asked about the artifact redemptions and according to them they are in production and will be ready to ship mid june-july.
