    I think it's definately fake. Why would Topps send out the card to Spud Webb to have him write 1/1 and Topps Finest? LOLS.

    Unless he really took this card to Spud and ask him sign those stupid words on the card and Mr Webb didn't mind to do that stupid thing.... then it is real....
