Week 3 back to collecting Mailday
I was supposed to have a Contenders Auto like the Culpepper of Edgerrin James, I bought 7 cards from Wolvering for combined shipping because I was planning on getting the James card anyways. He had the james stuffed in a 25 card type holder in no plastic sleeve with the Antonio gates card. The left corner is chipped, noticeable, I will wait to scan until I get one in my collection that is not shipped to me stupidly. He took 23 days for me to recieve his package, paid on 7th shipped 19th, but he WANTS PAYMNENT IN LESS THEN 7 days. He also states not his fault on damages through mail if no insurance is purchased....would this count for no insurance, or could i get a claim because he did not ship the way a card should be shipped?
Probably will take the $37 lost and leave 7 negs if he won't refund.
Nonetheless....

can i get my money back if he states not responsible for damages if insurance isn't purchased?

I dont think what a seller states in their page really matters. paypal seems to side with the buyer 99% of the time.
