    Best Russian Forward Ever?

Just wanted to get some thoughts on who you guys think is the best Russian forward ever to play in the NHL?? I love every guy on this list...but I just have to go with Sergei Fedorov simply because of the fact that he was a great skater, and did just about everything on the ice.

EDIT: if you pick other...post who in the thread

I voted "other" for Pavel Bure.

It's really very hard to call though. Federov certainly deserves a lot of consideration. Datsyuk may deserve that title by the time he retires. And both Ovechkin and Malkin look like they will both be dominant players for many more years.

Larionov, a true ambassador for the game and a great hockey player. No flash just steady and one of the best defensive forwards ever.

I voted "other". And the reason being Pavel Bure. He was amazing to watch when he played.

i voted other as well. before i look at polls i like to think of my answer before i look at my options. that way i can't be swayed. now ovechkin does come a very close second and i think he will surpass bure in the not to far future.

Before I clicked on the thread title, I knew I would vote Bure. Therefore, other.
