What makes you say he removed it? I have seen a few cards as of late with no number. Someone got a rookie in OPCP that had no numbering on it.
Not sure how he can say it is the only one though. Guess he was there when it was printed lol.
And where is the 4th colour?

Maybe it's a different shade of black. LOL. But yeah, the SP Authentic FW Limited auto'd patch cards are suppose to be #'d out of 100. Could be an error card or the result of tampering, who knows.

Come ON UD, give us a patch database. Like it is that difficult to take a picture of 100 cards so the patch market has some legitimacy.
I'm not saying this is a fake at all, but on the surface, I'd steer clear.

If you do some searching you'll see there's been several SPA FW Patch Autos pulled this year without serial numbers. Nothing bogus just typical UD quality control.

It's a 1/1 in the same way that any serial number card numbered to the players jersey number (66, 99, 23 are huge ones) are sold as 1/1's. With that logic, EVERY serial numbered card ever made is a 1/1. Any weird little glitch and people want to call it a 1/1.
