i dont really know much about that band.. im not too into punk bands either.
but i have every rancid cd, including the one that just came out.
and they absolutley rule. i deff. reccomend them!!!

one of my all time favorites!!!!
Rancid is probably the best Punk Band out there, unless we throw in the DKM's (Drop kick Murphy's) then it's arguable!!

Absolutely. You bet. "Ruby Soho" is my favorite song of theirs, though I also like the one that appeared on the South Park album, "Brad Logan"/"California Sun."

I caught them on the Warped Tour several years ago and they were really good. I hadn't listened to them at all before that ('m still one of their biggest fans), but I was thoroughly impressed...dig 'em. Also got into Pennywise from that show...**** Authority!

Oh yeah I know, I own pretty much all of their stuff although I don't have their new one yet I plan on getting it soon enough. They were recently at the HOB in Orlando but it was on like a wednesday night so I couldn't make it.

and yea JERMZ, they have chilled out on the new cd. because they are getting older.. but it's still a SICK SICK CD!!!

Less than Jake are no punk band lol, but they are pretty good.
As for Rancid, i use to like them. but i haven't heard any of their new stuff.
My favorite songs are Ruby Soho, Time Bomb, Salvation, and Fall Back Down
