    Fleury gets too much credit though IMO. He was great basically the last two games of the series.

    Class act from a Wings fan & i appreciate it seriously after some of the crap that has been on here lately from other Wings fans(they know who they are) & i do have a better respect for your coach/team after this year for how they play the game....CLASS ACT! even if you're not a Wings/Pens fan but love the game, u have to admit that this series was one of the best in modern day times & could have gone either way....DOES NOT GET ANY BETTER THAN GAME 7 OF STANLEY CUP FINALS with 1 goal differential!     The Red Wings are a class organization. Last night in the handshake line HC Mike Babcock could be heard saying to to Sidney Crosby "Great leadership by you".

    That the Red Wings have been able to maintain a nucleus during the cap era is further testimony of the type of organization they are.

    The fact that Pittsburgh was able to exact redemption (not revenge) by winning the cup against them after losing the year before was extra sweet. Can anyone say Islanders - Oilers ala 83 and 84?

    I didn't care for the boo's raining down on Commissioner Gary Bettman during the presentation of the cup. The Detroit fans didn't boo Crosby though and that was cool.
