i have a question and then a solution.

my question is, if i took sacramento, seeing as they have a top 15 n bottom 15 pick, would that count for the top or the bottom? anyways heres the solution

If it counts as a Top 15: Give me the thunder and the Blazers

If it counts as a Bottom 15: Give me Sacramento and the Thunder

im assuming it counts as a top, but just my own thinking

took seattle last year, but my drafting skills moved them to okc... hopefully i can save them from being moved this year
