Look What I Picked Up Today.

I was looking over CraigsList for sports card collections and found one 200 miles away but the pictures and description got my attention. It said 1/2 million cards no commons $4500.00. I emailed him and just said if you ever take $1000.00 let me know. He wrote back and said I can not do that as there are no commons they are just stars and inserts and complete sets and unopened boxes. I asked how much you need and he said $1200.00 if I come today. I went up there and had to rent a UHAUL to get it all home. I got them all loaded up and there was also 7 big tubs full of plastic wrapped sets (including 1989 score football). I opened up 3 boxes so far and I have found old Willie Mays and A Nolan Ryan rookie. There is baseball and football cards from the 50's. Also there is about 30 8x10 autos and there is game used stuff. I also found Tiger Woods bobble heads and Peyton Manning bobble heads. I will keep updating this and adding some pics of stuff I find. Here are the pictures of where I had to go and pick it up today so you can get an idea of how much stuff there is. This is the best $1200.00 I have ever spent.

Hey everyone, Thanks for the comments on it. I will refer back to this page and will let you all know what I do find that you asked for. He never said a reason why he wanted it all gone. I opened up one more box to just look through for tonight as I won't be able to look tomarrow. I opened it up and it is all early-mid 70's football sorted by teams. I pulled out the Raiders and looked and also the Steelers and the Steelers had all the big names there, Harris,Bradshaw,Greene,Swann. So I will start going through and list everything out for everyone. Thanks again for the comments and if anyone else is interested let me know and I will look for stuff as well. Fingers crossed for a nice old Mantle!!
