ok, found this about it, you almost had it right :)
...from ESPN:
"MINNEAPOLIS -- Minnesota's trade with the Washington Wizards was completed Wednesday, but several other proposed trades by the Timberwolves haven't had the same luck.
Memphis has refused multiple trades offers from Minnesota because the Timberwolves aren't prepared to part with both the Nos. 5 and 6 picks or toss in Kevin Love in another scenario with just the No. 6 pick, a source with knowledge of the Grizzlies' situation told ESPN.com."

This is a great trade for the T-Wolves
IMO the Wizard are plain stupid for doing this.
Randy Foye and Mike Miller? Really?

Ah, ok...well, that's not as bad, but is still a bad deal for the Wolves...it's not worth it...Memphis may back down some as the draft approaches, or as the draft is underway.

Randy Foye and Mike Miller? Really?
Randy Foye was the Wolves leading scorer when Al Jefferson was out...he definitely has potential to be a good player...and Mike Miller is a career 40% 3-pt shooter....had an off year last season, but that doesn't mean he can't still play....I don't mind the Wolves getting rid of Miller though.

yeah there's a great chance that Foye can still be an All-Star. He came off of an injury which took him out for what, an entire season or about an entire season? That was right after his 1st NBA season. So he had a huge setback, and he's rebounded greatly. Now hopefully he will flourish with the Wizards and show what he brought to the league. And Miller is great also...wasn't he the ROY when he was a rookie? He's one of the best shooters in the game, plus has been a member of the USA team recently. I think he'll get more open looks in Washington too. In Minnesota for the most part, he was pretty much the #2 option on the team all of last season, and maybe even the #1 option when Al went out. Now in Washington, he doesn't have to be the #1 or #2 guy, so I think he will flourish in his newest role as 6th man and return to the form that he was in while with the Memphis Grizzlies.

Not sure if Miller was the ROY or not, but that wouldn't be saying much considering his draft class...lol...but, he is still a good player. I don't think he was the #1 or #2 option though, as he didn't play like he had in previous seasons, and that's why he was on the bench for most of the season...but, they have several good guards now - Foye, Miller, Arenas, Butler, Young - and a decent frontcourt with Jamison and McGee, but they do lack frontcourt depth, something they should look to draft for in the 2nd round (don't they have a pick in the 2nd round?).

don't forget the Wizards' starting Center in Brendan Haywood. The last time he has really played was the last time the Wizards were in the playoffs (ahh....Cavs/Wizards...about the 3rd year in the row of this first-round matchup lol). Haywood was playing AMAZING! Hopefully he can start out this next season like that!!

I knew I was forgetting someone...but, they are still lacking depth in the paint...they should have a great starting lineup though...
PG Arenas
SG Foye/Miller
SF Butler
PF Jamison
C Haywood/McGee
Should produce a 5th or 6th seed at least, I'd think...

Can't predict the Wolves starting 5 yet, as they're still dealing, and their first pick will probably be a starter. But, they probably won't make the playoffs...at least I'm not predicting they will, because they probably won't then...lol
