Just returned from US Open
This was my first major sporting finals event and I can tell you.... watching other people play golf is highly overrated.
Plus Long-Islanders are obnoxious.
That being said I did get close up views of Tiger, Phil, Vijay, etc and even saw Darryl Strawberry and Donald Trump.
Overall it was a cool experience.

Watching other people play golf seems boring. lol i could of told you that.
Playing it is another thing though

I've never been to any golf tourney...I'd like to, but I don't think I'd pick one on Long Island.

The last golf tournament I went to was a celebrity tournament about 5 years ago. Didn't watch much golf but I did get 40+ signatures on my program so for that,it was well worth the trip.
