    ........and that is exactly what it is. Back in 1980 the Charlotte police department had this card (along with all the other players from the team) made and they handed a card out to each kid after they talked safety to them. 50-100 or less of them are estimated to still exist. BGS has only graded one copy while PSA has graded 9. So that estimated number in existence should be much less.
