Toronto vs. Dallas: For Gustavsson, Never a Hard Choice
By Jeff Z. Klein
Those following the extended courtship of Jonas Gustavsson by N.H.L. clubs were not at all surprised on Tuesday when the Färjestads BK goalie finally chose Toronto; everything Gustavsson had said over the previous couple of weeks pointed to the Leafs as his eventual choice, to say nothing of the plain facts themselves.

Well the hype is there not a lot of free agent goalies so this was the best of the best out there. LOL Of course we shall see how he fares with the Leaf D in front of him.

Don buddy this is the new and improved Leafs D! Look at who they brought in. Komisarek, Beauchimen, and Exelby! Tough, shot blocking, hitting, defensive D men, monsters, and puck clearing! This isn't going to be the same old Leafs team. The goalies are actually going to have a chance.

Well remember the goalies have to actually make it on the ice. As K was hurt a lot last year. So it good on paper but can it actually make it on the ice. So it should be better but how much is the big question!!
