    redemption bad deal

So I pulled an Anthony Randloph Murad signature redemption from my hobby box break. I redeemed it online, they said it could be till October to get it.

Anyways I get a package in the mail today, they send me an Isiah Thomas Topps Signature auto instead, saying they couldn't find the Randolph auto??? I am pretty sure this is not right. Send me a washed up loser coach (though a great plaer) in place of a rookie auto??? Shoudl I call them and acknowledge my displeasure here?

it's a common occurance with these murad auto redemptions. At least you didn't get a Spud Webb topp signature auto, which most people have been getting.

Thanks, yeah I know, I usually am. Just IMO, if they are doing this regularly with this product, they ruined a great set. Spud Webb? Isiah Thomas?? I mean, I don't expect a serial numbered Derrick Rose, but at least send something comparable in the person, not the book value.

I was going to buy another box of Murad. Think I'll spend my money on Upper Deck now.

First thing is technically I want what I won. If I win $1mil lottery, I don't want $1mil in chickens, I want it in cash. Secondly, I personally don't want autos of retired players who don't mean much to me (except of course Ewing). I won a rookie auto, I want a rookie auto.

Now, before you say, well what if they sent a Magic/Bird/ or Mayo auto, I would say hold on, if they did that, they would be ammending for their mistake.

Actually just finished writing up a letter to them, sicne they can't be reached via email. Gonna send the card back, I really don't care if they don't send anything back in compensation, I really don't want the Isiah. We'll see what happens.
