Here is the update below.. Should come as no surprise. This won;t be good for Mr. Military Police ;) I have a direct line to the CID division on his base and was advised to call if something went wrong. WIll have to wait till later tonight to do so for it is 1:30 am over there as I post this thread

An eCheck payment from Thanh HUYNH was declined by the sender's bank. We will automatically try to process this payment again in 3 business days. It then usually takes 3-5 days for the money to be deposited into your account. Please do not ship items until you receive payment.

This guy just doesn't get it, I'm sure his superiors will take care of it some how. He's only causing more trouble for himself, having CID involved is his worst nightmare.

I was worried that would happen. Man I hope it works out which I am sure it with the people that you have working for you now. I talked to a buddy that was in the Air Force and he pretty much said what was that guy thinking ripping someone off.

I love it. I emailed him stating I was contacting CID Looks like he was waiting for them to get it ;) Looks like Western Union is in order We are going to try that next.

this morning to tell me that it did not go through and he does not know why.
I have looked at his accounts and he has the money in his Checking account.
He does not have a Credit Card. He will be emailing you and CC myself with
other payment options that you can select.

If the money is in the checking account wouldn't that mean he cancelled the echeck. I had someone on ebay try that on me paid with echeck then I sent him a email that I would ship after cleared then he stopped the check in my case I guess he thought I was going to ship before clearing

So according to him it's going to take 13 days to clear? That doesn't sound right unless he has insufficient funds.
