    Quick Vent

    Hey everyone,
Now I know every now and then people give low ball offers. I'm sure I've done it but in General I try my best not to do it, and if I think I might be doing it, I apologize before hand. My intention, and mostly everyone's intention here is to be fair with the trades. This though is ridiculous. I just asked someone about a $40 card. They came back by telling me they were interested in my 1933 goudey Carl Hubbell PSA 6. BV: $400. C'mon. I'm not stupid and that is just ridiculous. Sorry for the read guys, but that kind of ticks me off.

And for those of you who I have low balled in the past....I apologize if I haven't already. LOL.

happens all the time, I ask about a lower end card and they reply that they like the top 4 cards off my page. To me they're fishing to see if you really bite and know what its worth.

I know I have replied in the above manner but have never suggested that the cards were equal just wondering if there was anything else I had that could be added to make the trade. I guess it just shows that communication can sometimes be tough over a keyboard.

Fair enough, I really shouldn't have started a thread about it, but I was just real frustrated and misunderstood the intention.

Yeah, I've been irritated many times because of miscommunication over the internet. When I first started using MSN Messenger, it would bother me that miscommunication can happen so easily. Hope things work out for you
