    Should I file a dispute?

So I'm in the middle of a trade right now, and we agreed on July 12th of a trade involving my Stafford GU for his Prestige RC's. So I sent my end right away on the 13th, and I waited until around the 22nd to ask what's going on because he didn't send his end. This was also when I didn't have my MSF status. So on the 25th he says he's very sorry b/c he had to deal with some personal issues, and I was completely understanding and everything. So he said he was going to ship the cards out last monday with DC, but I have yet to receive them, and he doesn't live that far from me too. So I sent another pm, but the last time he signed on was last wednesday. So what would you guys do?

Update: Alrgiht I don't know if I'm overreacting or what, but it's starting to get ridiculous. I'm not trying to call him out, but I just want to vent out my frustration. So, I filed a dispute like on the 3rd, and he responds that he would send the cards this monday on the 10th. So far I haven't received anything, and it shouldn't take that long for it to come here since I'm in CA and he's in AZ. It should not take a month for him to package the cards and drop it off at the PO. Also, I forgot to mention, a week before the dispute he said he was going to send the cards with DC, but what I found weird was that he was promoting some of his ebay stuff to me. I just checked if he sent the cards he sold, and everyone on ebay got them fast, no problem. I mean, he should've sent my cards with the rest of the cards he sold on ebay. I don't know, maybe I'm overreacting and the cards are on the way...

I know it's hard but try to stay patient, give it another 4-7 days before filing. If this member hasn't been on for a while or has been ignoring your latest PMs then you should contact a mod and they'll help you out.

If he did us DC ask for the tracking # and then track it. It should not take more than a week.

Alright I guess I'll wait it out for a while longer to see if the cards arrive, and I'll ask if he has the DC#. Thanks for all the help guys.

I agree, while things happen and people have issues to deal with, the deal was consumated on July 12th, plenty of time for the person on the other end to send. At the least, why wasn't DC sent last week to let the OP know it was on the way?
