    Jeremy_Falcons suggested we start a useless trivia thread and I thought it was a great idea...love random, useless trivia. So feel free to discuss and add your own trivia nuggets!


    I'll start it off with this:

    The jeep was not always called that. Instead, in the Army it was called a general purpose vehicle. It was then shortened to GP (jeep), and the car company just started to manufacture the general purposes vehicles under the name "Jeep."
