Thanks for all the sympathy guys.
I contacted them but may try again.
It's def a 1/1 though because you can see the sticker marking authentication and it is a wood card, too.

Call and go nuts, don't settle for their standard response. It is quite obvious the damage was due to the pack sealer which is definitely their fault.Take care Steve

is the card broke? or did you just crop it?

Lets be relistic though thats a sick pull out of a .60 pack. Now heres the tricky part...you cant contact topps and be a nice person with them because if you are they will walk all over you.

FOR INSTANCE...The newest Milestones to release had many many many creased autos...it was horrible. I sent my first batch of 4 in from the first two boxes i bought and got them replaced with a note from topps saying it was the last complamentary replacement they would do, I ignored the letter even though it really ticked me off....a note saying they were doing me a favor for replacing there damaged cards! Obviously I was doing them the favor buying there garbage. I sent the next batch in the same and they sent me back my damaged autos saying they were not replaced because i didnt send them in with the original box and all 24 packs. I called topps trying to be civilized....that didnt work. I had to yell and yell and yell some more till they would replace my autos.

You have tried the civilized route...now call and yell and yell and yell...and If i were you I WOULD NOT settle for anything less at all then a box 09 ginter....that is just my opinion.

Wow, that's not cool. To pull a case hit (as I beleive the woods are, I could be wrong on that). Call Topps, if they don't replace it though, you could probably stick it on eBay. People will probably still pay a bit for that.
