Well there goes one of my sleepers:
Chaz Schilens was having the best camp out of all of Oakland’s wide receivers and was making a strong push to be the team’s No. 1 wideout. That all changed Tuesday when the second-year player was running a route, planted his left foot to make a cut then immediately felt a sharp pain.
“I couldn’t run anymore so I knew something was wrong,” said Schilens, who hobbled out of the Raiders’ locker room with the aid of a pair of crutches. “They told me my fifth metatarsal broke, so that’s it. We’ll see how fast I heal, see what they can do.”
Typical injuries like this take 6-8 weeks to fully heal. Surgery is an option to expedite the process but several physicians prefer keeping patients in a walking boot or cast and letting the bone heal naturally.

Yeah, don't know what you're looking at JeRmZ, but jay has #1 waiver priority right now...you're 5th. It's the inverse of draft position right now...he drafted last, he waives first.

I think I will probably regret using it on Favre but oh well.

I don't know what I was looking at but at the top of my roster it showed "pending moves" ... then right next to it, it said waiver priority 1 ...
No biggie .... I already have one gunslinger on my team, I really didn't need two!!

Ah...I understand your strategy now. Start complaining about everything now, then when you lose, blame it on the commish because the rules weren't what you wanted them to be and say "that's what I said all along"...it all makes perfect sense!
That means he's your team's first waiver priority...if you had multiple waiver transactions, it picks the first priority up first then you have to wait til your turn comes back around to pick up the 2nd priority and so on.

I think what that means is, in your pending moves, that particular move is priority 1 for you. When you have multiple moves lined up, you can prioritize them yourself. So for you, that was priority 1.

yes, i do and i will complain often....get used to it

all i'm saying is we essentially went to a 19th round that lasted 60 hours...every single player is a free agent today with 3 weeks until the season even starts, so what was the point?...if favre signs today instead of yesterday he's on my team....you guys have been telling me that byes in the playoffs makes sense because it's more like the NFL, etc......while every single player in the NFL who wasn't drafted becomes an immediate free agent rather than going to waivers
favre isn't going to make or break my season...i'm just a little ticked because i guarantee i put in my claim for him at least a full 24 hours before anybody else
anyway dood...im not mad at you, just kicking myself for not drafting him even though i kept telling myself to...i've been saying since february that he would play for the vikings this year, i just didn't listen to myself....doh!

I get your point on that and I agree...that's just something I didn't look at, never crossed my mind.
And I'm going to have to have you sign a Whining Waiver form to assure you don't blame the outcome of the season on your inability to pick up Brett Favre or any other such insignificant issue.
I would say I did you a favor by making it so you couldn't pick up Favre...but I just looked at your QBs and you could probably use him....
