NHL Star Pleads Not Guilty

NHL star Patrick Kane and his cousin have pleaded not guilty to charges stemming from an alleged altercation with a cab driver.
The 20-year-old Chicago Blackhawks star and his cousin, 21-year-old James Kane, both face misdemeanor charges for the alleged incident.
Cab driver Jan Radecki says the Kanes beat and punched him while allegedly stealing back their cab fare after an August 9th cab ride.
Patrick Kane, a South Buffalo native, appeared in court with his parents.
He says he is not guilty of any crime and he is confident in the legal process.
